Fox in general is ass tier. its funny how when I had a customer once… she was wanting business/news channels. she mentions everything except Fox. I mention in as a matter of factly way to be polite and make sure she’s informed of all her channels.

Nah, they’re two different people. Remember that ol’ guy who made it his mission to chase around Hulk and make his life a living Hell? Thunderbolt Ross? Yeah, well he got in cahoots with the Intelligencia (a group of super smart super villains like that big headed guy Leader, that head in a chair MODOK, and some other evil scientist kinda people). They gave him cosmic and gamma rays and turned him into the Red Hulk. For a bit, he was aligned with them because that was the deal, I guess, but he mostly used the power to do what he wanted to, and eventually turned against them, especially after it was revealed that they turned his daughter Betty Ross into the Red She Hulk.
As far as differences, he’s not really as strong as the Hulk. When he gets mad, he doesn’t get stronger, he gets hotter because he’ll start leaking gamma radiation. So if he gets too mad, he’ll pretty much pass out. Since he was created with cosmic radiation he can absorb energy like that to increase his strength for a short time, but if he keeps doing that, he won’t ever be able to go back to his human side again. Overall, it kinda suits him. After years of hunting Hulk for being a monster and a menace, he ultimately became one and now he has people hunting him, too.
Personality wise, it’s kinda cool that he has those limits on his powers because it forces him to use that military mind of his when he fights.
She may convince the public eye (read: people who don’t internet) that she’s the victim, but everyone who saw the original video first knows she’s a hoodrat through and through.
