OWA has parappa completely wrong.
He has insane meter gain, hitting the IPS (Infinite Prevention System) off everything all day erry day.
n.O (the mic move) has good startup and punishes everything for a combo that hits IPS.
His Level 2 is definently one of the better, if not the best, Level 2 in the game. He also builds a level 2 after 3 solid IPS triggering comboes.
Oh, and for anyone wondering, it was a custom warning. “Used Mr Wizard’s name in vain”

here’s the basic BnB that triggers the IPS
jab (n.S) xx slide (d.S) -> shoulder (f.S) -> upper (u.S) -> jump -> mic (n.O) -> kick (n.S) -> kick (n.S)
this builds 100 meter and after activating IPS you gain 30 meter for a total of 130 which builds a Level 1
you can do this after a ground mic for 10 more meter (140)
