UMvC3 OTT: Wesker's quality control saved him from being in subpar RE6 product

Which one? I never beat the first one, but I maintain that Human Revolution is a strong candidate for GotY 2011. I hear DX2 is a travesty, though.

Only criticisms I have with HR are how cloaking is made a bit too much of an expensive resource, since to use it effectively, you also have to invest in silent walking, and the combination of the two eats up energy like crazy. I know it’s only meant to be used in short bursts, but with the fact that you’re probably using it to take someone down, that’s a ton of energy used, and you only regen the first battery if you’re down to one. The Icarus system is useful, though sometimes it screws up your jumps because it’ll activate in weird spots.

The biggest criticism that people have with the game - including myself - are the boss fights. DX1 didn’t have any, and they feel incredibly out of place here. The game rewards you for staying as stealthy as possible, so you invest your money and Praxis points into it. Along comes a boss and suddenly what you’ve been rewarded for is thrown out the window, only to come back after the fight is over. The reason?

Boss development was outsourced.

Regardless, still a great game.

For some reason I burst out laughing after reading that

I just noticed it had boobs. CLEARLY I’m not lewd enough to be an OTT regular yet.
At ALL.

Don’t get to infraction-happy there, Thirteenthorder.

Is that a yes?

Kidding. I just haven’t given one out to anybody but bots >_>

It’s like trying a combo in Training Mode. Yeah, it works. But you wanna see how it fares on a human opponent.

You weren’t here for what i’m referencing @_@

Assist type beta: “Hidden Infraction”

Ahhh… that was priceless

pokemon stream? maybe emerald? a game i never played? eh? eh?

I think Anty’s told me about it before.

I don’t recall doing so…

Hm? You’re gonna stream it, Jamal?
If so, then count me in.

Mhm.

So, deciding whether to keep the Kuni avatar or use Angry Angel.

yeah im thinking about it.

i may or may not do it. but i never play emerald soooo…

Angel is scary when she wants to be, especially with that voice. I remember I first faced her and was like “she’ll have this nice soft voice and not look angry”

How wrong I was

Oh trust me when I say some stuff in the OTT had to be forgotten… or at least we try to forget…

But you know, the good thing about the OTT is even though it gets weird from time to time it’s still a good place because we all get along.

Just so

When cool people like my posts, I can’t say “Yo I’m so godlike”. That’s why I leave it on.

Btw mech warrior liked one of my posts while I was typing this.

Those are not boobs on Kunimitsu’s chest! Those are watermelons… >_>

If you consider on streaming, then I’ll help you along the way, Jamal. Its just like playing Ruby and Sapphire (if you played those games), but with minor changes and whatnot.

I had a mini crappy tier list
Well there is this

http://i.minus.com/jbuscHgFOl6UiS.png

My tier list impressions on Playstation All stars

A
Kratos
Dante
Raiden

B
Spike
Sly Cooper
Nathan Drake
Evil Cole
Jak & Daxter
Ratchet and Clank
Heihachi Mishima
Nariko

C
Sweet Tooth
Toro Inoue
Regular Cole
Big Daddy

D
Parappa The Rappa
(The rest I havent seen)

Kratos = Definite S tier atm, has ridic range, damage, and has a good jump
Raiden = Plays like a more grounded version of Dante but with more range, more emphasis on melee than Dante
Dante = Has allot of different move types, he has ranged weapons but they’re kind of lack luster. Helm Breaker is exactly the same as marvel. Has some great melee range, lot of knockback.

Spike - Stuns like crazy, annoying
Heihachi - Short range but hella damage and knockback.
Nathan Drake - Plays like Chris
Sly Cooper - Good range, pretty fast and mobile.

Sweet Tooth - A crappier version of Heihachi
Big Daddy - Typical heavy, decent range, but lot of recovery on moves

Parappa - Emphasis on AOE type buffs/debuffs, shitty range/damage
