Pitchford said it’s getting nerfed, but not in the way we think it will be. What this means, nobody knows. Maybe the capacity is even lower but the recharge/damage stats the same? Other Legendary shields get buffed? More bosses that discourage Bee use (from what I hear/have seen, Hyperius is kind of like this)? For something to get outright nerfed, it has to completely trivialize the design team(s)'s intent for the rest of the game. Which it sounds like it does.
