One of the first characters I downloaded in MUGEN (aside from Felicia and Cham Cham, of course) was Sexy Mai, which was a totally nude Mai. Not just during her KO or even just lazily editing out her panties - she was 100% nude with the exception of her white and red ryuenbu tail thingies.
