Ultimate ammy has more air mobility, mid air cancels, better counter combos, air xfactor to combo off okami shuffle +10000000x better at using x-factor since she didn’t get a speed boost in vanilla.
No DHC glitch but she has TAC infinites. She’s harder now, so scrubs can’t get by with air dash+h mindless OS’s
