The Dorm combo thread has failed me, so I will ask here:

Is there a certain timing cue or hint that I’m missing when trying to get 2 spell charges after a Stalking Flare mid combo? Or is it something to just memorize? I’m trying to use thisTaskmaster+pillar into Stalking Flare extension in a combo while charging the meteors mid combo, but I can only reliably get 1D1C. I’ve got 1D2C and the meteors to hit all of once in the few dozen times I tried. Should I stick with 1D1C? Or is this something I should keep trying to hit?

Start charging just after he says “Run!” the first time. You’re better off only going for 2 charges because Flare hits can vary especially on different characters.

I am…so, so, so sorry to hear about all of that. I honestly wish I could help you out somehow because I teared up a few times while reading it. The best I can say is that I hope so much that things work out man. You’re incredibly strong to keep going and have a drive to keep trying after all of that. So I finished a Dante Mitsuru Palette.

The only thing I didn’t change at all is the color of her eyes. I just left them like that. And probably the best part of making it a Palette is that I can use it for any other Mitsuru sprite.

I only need two, since it’s a corner combo, and I plan to use the Dark Matter wall bounce to get the first charge. Just needed a way to get the other two so I didn’t have to use 1D1C, since timing Chaotic Flame after that is hard, and if I don’t have Doom, there’s no way to follow up after the knockdown from 1D1C. Unless I try to go for a reset after pillar or flame carpet. Thanks.
