I played it for a bit, didn’t really get very far because my friend and I found it too easy honestly. Mind you we were nowhere near the level cap but we were playing every level on the hardest difficulty it allowed (without playing the easier difficulties first) and it was hard to actually get hit. Combat is fun though (they’re going for a very DMCish feel to it), I know they’ve added a few characters and done other stuff to the game since I last played it.

People obviously haven’t seen “broken top tier” until they’ve played a good MvC2 Mags either with MSP or MSS. Go do that, then come back and see if you’re still complaining how “broken” Mitsuru or Aigis is in this game, lol. The difference in strength across tiers in P4A is not that big. People who get salty over a character in a tier higher (or lower) than theirs means they: 1) don’t know the matchup 2) have bad conversions/and or drop combos 3) are just scrubs who suck.

Lol you don’t. Mitsuru has every damn tool you can have in this game and does stupid damage to boot. Learn the matchup. Every block Kanji DP should be 2.5 mid screen and 5k corner minimum. Its not like that nigga can rush you down either.
Try Playing Akihiko against a lot of shit in this game and you will see just how good mitsuru is.

And here I was considering a 3DS because they are getting a new Castlevania. After the near masterpiece that was Order of Ecclesia we get this crap? Why the heck do enemies take 5 million hits to kill, even skeletons? Why is the frame rate so terrible? Why does it look like a friggin ass GoW copy but in 2d? Why is the whip hitbox that huge? Why are there QTE’s and help text in a Castlevania game? If they are making it more actiony, atleast put some pits of death there to make the platforming more interesting. RIP 2d Castlevanias, I guess I’m going to wait on TWEWY’s sequel before even considering a 3DS XL.

Where’s her left right mixups like Yosuke? Persona lockdown like Chie? Is her DP air unblockable like Yu’s? Where’s her air movement like Aigis? She does not have every tool you can have in this game, give it a rest.
