Why do people complain about Mitsuru’s Getsu-Ei hitbox?

You can see in the same frame that the hitbox covers exactly what her sword cuts. Yeah, it’s too much, but at least the hitbox makes sense with the animation.

The character is nowhere near as good as people like to sheep about. She’s good but people make her seem like Vanilla dark phoenix or some shit.

No, Mitsuru is pretty fucking good. But it bothers me that people cry about her hitbox, when it makes sense, unlike Marvel 3’s hitboxes.

People are overestimating Mitsuru, she’s still really fucking stupid and easily handles alot of the cast though with normals that kind fo shit on everyone. 2C has forced me to be alot smarter with my movement.

Mitsuru is that fucking good. There’s a reason why she’s been S tier ever since the game came out, was S tier before and after the patch, won SBO, floods tournaments in Japan, etc. She’s not vanilla Dark Phoenix, but she’s easily S tier. I’d say she’s probably more comparable to 3rd Strike Chun or something.

Fighting that bitch with Kanji is a fucking nightmare.

You can complain about the move being stupid, but posting a picture of the hitbox is pointless. If it looks like that, then it doesn’t have to be said that the hitbox will be such.
