I hate it moreso because it has two things I absolutely despise on it, not because it’s a good team. 9 times out of 10, I body ZMC players, because they’re so used to just doing stupid things and winning, as a lot of people don’t know the Zero matchup…

I main Zero/Doom/Vergil, I just wanted to try something different.

i didnt know that was by now. i always thought that team of yours but with vergil in second would be best, i used it in beginning of ultimate. either way, what is optimal then?

and without zero and besides ammy… spencer wouldn’t be too bad. they could help him in neutral and both can help spencer in combos to combo after already using wallbounce (jam sesh) or i’m sure you could find another up grapple setup with that too. vergil naturally can do the 80 k extensions. dormammu, nova, a lot of people go well with these great assists… fuck it dante/vergil is just a good shell.

Dante (Crystal) + Vergil is good because they support each other. Jam session for Vergil isnt optimal either, and no way I’m playing Dante (Crystal) + Zero.

IMO Dante and Vergil are very strong together and have amazing synergy but only when they have a 3rd character on the back providing them with a good assist for neutral game, like Yipes’ team.

wne: I used to play Zero Vergil Doom in that order, but Vergil is very weak when he enters as second, he has no way to escape incoming mixups and im left with only lv3 XF doom which is good but can be lamed out. Doom second is much better because you get to actually play Doom ( a great char) and get ToD’s with DHC into vergil, also Doom has really strong mixups vs incoming chars with Rapid Slash assist.

ZMC is pretty much the best (maybe 2nd best) duo in the game Zero/Dante and a godlike anchor (Vergil) its overrated but still really good. Zero/Dante/Magneto and Zero/Dante/Strider are better since Dante gets more out of both assist and as anchors those 2 are just as good as Vergil

It’s a fad tbh…but Zero/Dante is honestly pretty stupid. Playing Zero/Dante is just a shortcut for Zero players who are too lazy to play him in a smarter way IMO. It’s like I take the time to learn everything about the character there is, and then someone dumbs him down with an assist that is uber-gay to begin with. Combine that with Vergil, the dumbest, gayest, most retarded anchor in the game, and you have ZMC. I honestly don’t respect any Zero who mains ZMC…It’s also why Stone is the only Zero I respect outside of Flocker…And I don’t respect Flocker that much, because his Hawkeye is pretty ass from what I’ve seen, and he plays Vergil.

Jam Session doesn’t dumb Zero down, it just magnifies his potential. I mean this is Marvel, finding the dumbest stuff in the game and using it is a good way to rack up wins. That said, the reason I don’t like ZMC is because the team starts to crumble if Zero dies. Zero/Dante/Strider is so much better because you’ve got stupidity throughout the entire team. Zero dies, you have Dante with a great assist. Dante dies, you’ve got L3 Strider in the back with potential orbs.

With Jam Session, you don’t have to play a smart Zero. Call Jam Session xx whatever the heck you want. And if you want to zone: Call Dante, spam fireballs and busters, maybe throw a Sougemnu in there here or there.

I feel like if people would experiment more with non-top tier characters, then they’d find some really cheap stuff. (e.g. Spencer/Ammy or Spencer/Storm is retarded because Crossover Combination is invincible, and he can combo off of it from almost fullscreen, not to mention Spencer/Storm basically can be used to kill any assist on reaction. Hawkeye/Nova is stupid because you can fullscreen gimlet hit confirm into the Human Rocket hyper into a ToD on a lot of characters.)

The bottom line is, I’d like to see some more variety in characters, rather than people just picking Dante, Vergil, Zero, or Doom all the time.

lol I keep getting the same two people in ranked and none both keep backing out after losing once.
And theres like only 4 rooms in player match, and theyre both 2+ so fuck joining those.

Hopefully, this means that unlike BlazBlue people are supporting it offline.
