I sound pretty metropolitan/white since I mainly grew up with white people for friends in early school. All my neighbors that played video games back in the early 90s were white so I just picked up not sounding like a G when I talk. I was always in like elevated reading classes back in elementary. The one year I went to school in a mostly black area (3rd grade) I noticed in the reading classes they separated the kids. One set of kids would read more accelerated reading and then there were the other kids who would get the easier stuff. I didn’t really understand it back then but I do more now.

I talk hood with others that do but I hardly sound black when like greeting customers at my job or something. I’m pretty sure when some customers first see my face they think ima come at them like “aiiight nowww siirrr…I got ya hooked up you need nething else or u straight”.

I just happen to like some stereotypical black stuff like chicken and old rap from hanging with family members and cousins.

I already have all the other classes covered, I have the afternoon free since i have extra credits so I don’t have to take some classes. I talked to my teacher and he told me I’d need to repeat a class or they’d count a class times 2.

There’s no way to disagree with this. But if you’re going to make treatment compulsory, doing the same for healthcare in some way makes too much sense.

Even if they did something like open enrollment in Tri-Care (government healthcare program) to everyone, that would make this better.

Imo, the NHS in the UK is a prime example of a good healthcare system. It should really be the same everywhere, cost is hardly an issue…

This is me in a nut shell.

That’s still more forgiving than Marvel. Which is the main point I was trying to make. Especially with 3/5 rounds being the standard for 3D fighters.

I get what you’re saying. But part of that comes from the way Tekken is in general. Marvel is way more oppressive.

My damn TE2 Stick is on some funny stuff today.

The guide button wont work, and if I repeatedly tap it, it will ask me if I want to shut my console off… This really isn’t a problem since I could care less about the GB as long as my stick and buttons are intact… BUT, when the guide menu randomly comes up mid-match while my fingers are nowhere near the damn thing. IT’S A PROBLEM.

Anybody got a solution for my baby?:sad:

edit: I could always just lock the button. That seems to work…

Yeah some white people expect you to go hood 24/7 just because you’re black. Which is not the worst stereotype in the world since some black people literally can’t get the hood out of their speech. Especially if you reside in a mostly black area. Like if I’m talking with a white person that can understand hood shit ill get at them with it but if I’m talking to a proper english person ill switch up. You can usually tell by the first set of words they say which way you’re gonna have to come at them.

Most black people just understand both so its not a big deal with them.

It gets funny with other races too. Hispanic Americans are basically the other black people so you can usually get at them either way. Asians you have to treat like whites and see what comes out their mouth.
