It’s in Mitsuru’s favor, but it’s not that bad. Just gotta get good reads and work how her 5A is (It’s not faster than yours!). Bait her coups and DP them. It’s easy to jump over stuff and j.B counterhit > tricks, but, you can’t really do it too much or she’ll snipe you with her ice chains. The only Mitsuru player I lose to around here I lose to is Kaigu, but he beats everybody, so I can’t really attribute it to the matchup being bad.
Man, I always miss the first few pages of new season (except for last one).
Well, back again for another one, also, words cannot describe how satisfied I feel now that everyone is playing SFxT and I get to act like the old man with all dat knowledge since I’ve been at it since day 1.

I see nothing wrong. Let me elaborate why.
at 1:44, LordXieon (the Frank anchor) did a c.H to smartly dodge under the Wolverine’s dive kick. After the dodge, he went into launcher for the punish (even if Wolverine recovered, the player would be crossed under’d and have little time to react to the cross under). The timing of that c.H was perfect and so was the punish.
at1:55 after the long and optimized combo, Wolverine was still alive. Frank West only has one low, and he read the forward roll and went for the mix-up. Not only was the opponent blocking the wrong way, but he wasn’t blocking low. The read was gorgeous and it finished off Wolverine.
at 2:02, LordXieon was caught by a random helm breaker that his opponent desperate resorted to. With no follow-up, Frank was in the air. Knowing that the opponent was underneath AND that he was doing so many c.H, the opponent was not prepared the sudden overhead. With that, LordXieon brilliantly caught his opponent with the well placed Knee Drop. He takes the picture and goes into super, saving his X-factor and sparing Vergil while smartly saving it for the more dangerous Frank West anchor.
at 2:10, after the super, the opponent Vergil did air S, but LordXieon reacted and did the invincible Frank roll and punished with a well timed c.H accordingly, going for a high execution combo to almost kill Vergil.
at 2:20, Vergil was alive but low. Knowing this, LordXieon anticipated a raw tag and smartly rolled to avoid it. He goes for a c.H -> snap shot option select.
at 2:27, he correctly predicts the direction of the TAC for the TAC counter. Well done.
at 2:38, after the intense Frank mirror, LordXieon smartly notices the opponent’s pattern to jump S over and over. He saw this and decided to x-factor and do an anti-air launcher.
at 2:54, he saw Vergil’s Lunar Phase incoming and uses the dodge very well to avoid it and punish with a c.H thus earning a well deserved comeback victory.
Only online can this kind of skill be witnessed. Fuck real life tournaments. I respect only mighty Lords and above.

I’ll agree with everything except that first one. The crH wasnt a read nor was it a smart play. The dude just got lucky. He was most likely trying to AG and got crH (happens to me a lot and I go into S for confirms as well).

You can see Frank is clearly starting his crH before Wolvie even leaves the ground which means he must’ve input before the Wolvie player pressed up meaning he couldn’t have knew he was gonna do a divekick and was more likely trying block and AG a crouching low which most Wolvie’s would do if they’re still on the ground when the opponent gets up. Smart play but that first moment was a fluke.
