Because Cap players have trouble grasping fighting game fundamentals like the fact that Charging Star into delayed Hyper Charging Star is not a mix up or safe. Cap is such an ass character yet he only becomes a threat online.

His combos are easy to do so Mexican players can still do them while lagging the shit outta your match. You think they gonna do real Strider combos or Sword Loops online? Fuck no. It’s all about them QCF moves.
