Wow, met some girl the other day who ordered Pokémon White 2 the day it came out in Japan. I know a lot of people did that, but to actually see the game in person… That was pretty hardcore.

You know, it’s a genuine shame that Capcom dropped the ball so damn heavily on this game because these trailers are fucking amazing. Like, you could turn the trailers into a movie and I’d probably watch it…But I wouldn’t touch the game with a 10-foot pole. Go figure. Pretty sure Capcom spent more time on the trailers than they did the game itself.

Someone tell me to stay strong and not become that which I hate most… A Zero & Vergil player.
Truth be told, I actually did want to make a squad with Dante, Vergil and Zero as the point characters. This was at a time when I wanted to abuse Vergil’s sword formations and devil trigger backed by Morrigan assist and I wanted to play one Megaman related team. After playing the game and being on the receiving end of the latter two’s bullshit however, it almost completely undid any desire I had to play them until now. It also doesn’t help that Dante is fucking fun as shit and it’s almost blasphemous for me to consider teams without him on it nowadays. :lol

It’s what I thought, but Deadpool can play some keepaway with angled Trigger Happy and in the air too right? At least I think I can do that.
Phoenix Wright can also play some keepaway with his evidence along with assists and such, use Maya’s shield and trick MODOK to think that he’s gonna hit me when he’s not, go for full combo and maybe go into Turnabout Mode if I have enough evidence.
Which Dormammu assist do you think it’s the best to use against MODOK? I like use the Purification assist and his Liberation assist sometimes.
This is exactly what I thought… and it’s a shame because this is such a great team in terms of synergy, everyone in this team seem to help each other so much.
I think RR is the “most” effective character in there, though I believe it’s not that much considering it’s MODOK.
When I thought some MODOK’s, I had this thought of “when playing Tron, don’t let MODOK get above you” (had this same thought when fighting Sentinel in MvC2), which is kinda like what you said, and it’s effective, you can even get some throws and convert into TODs which is great, Tron is so good imo.
I used to do those Thunderbolts, it can be effective, but other than cheap damage you’re just wasting meter… so I don’t think that’s worth the try.
What about the traps that Trish has like the Peakaboo (net) and Hopscotch? when far away I can use Round Trip to keep him away, since MODOK players try to get closer by super jumping or flying, I think Trish can be good.
Yeah this team I felt wouldn’t have so much trouble fighting MODOK since I have the Strider assist, it’s just that I don’t remember using this team against a MODOK.
X-23 can crossup if she uses those feints she has, calling Strider or Chris before doing the feint is a good idea.
This team I must admit I can’t think of anything to do about him other than what you said about drones and teleport pressure and DHC which is all you said, so yeah.
