I actually want to go into training mode now to learn some neutral game stuff. Like doing Strider Super Jump cancels into his double jump for overheads and blocking Rapid Slash. Also confirming off of Deadly Reach, if I can confirm that from Clothesline, yeah its scaled but damage is damage. Plus I can reset you anyways.
It’s the same Hadouken assist that you see in Marvel 3. Thing is, TvC’s assists aren’t on the level of Marvel’s, so much to the point where Hadouken and Soul Fist are great projectile assists because the game doesn’t have anything like Drones, Greyhound, Doom/IM beams, Cold Star, etc. TvC assists are also used moreso for combo extension than neutral game (though they’re good for that too), especially with the ability to call them during special moves.
I had a friend get to 5th rank for me for the trophy for it, and then am just gonna leave my game in an online lobby with one private slot to get the other one.
And I’m on PSN. You want to talk about shitty netcode. Holy robot Jesus H Christo in Nevermatrix above us that is complete and utter dogshit I would poop on all these kids with Iron Man offline but because I’m online and my combos literally lag the game if I get down to Tony I lose so I just start smashing my two assist buttons for THC Proton Cannon and that usually beats them constantly hitting buttons.
I’m honestly thinking about doing the same shit. Once my gold expires at the end of this month I’m doing little to no online play for this game. Shit just isn’t worth it anymore… Now to find a nearby local, if there is a local in this boring ass city…

It was. Thinking about it Tatsu would have been a better assigned assist for Ryu than Haduken. Morrigan would be my anchor because it made it so much easier for me to get in with Joe the Condor. You’re pretty knowledgeable in this game. Do you still have a cop of it? Not now, but I would actually like to play you,
He probably took out your Vergil immediately because even Ryose has admitted that character is stupid, broken, and wasn’t going to risk anything the same way I always X-Factor to kill Dormammu whenever possible.
Also I played TvC on pad, not well because I never attempted to really learn the game mind you, but classic controller I got with Monster Hunter Tri and it was still really fun. The netcode is absolutely atrocious though.
Hmmm… I might be wrong, but I think I would have a chance of winning in some of these matches if I were there, those people don’t seem to be *that *good (except for MarlinPie of course).
I can’t wait to play this when it comes to the PSN though.
