Nah, at least in training mode (there are some differences between training and actual gameplay) it can be done.

During the video there was a “Second Guard Break” attempt, using tri.j.L (pushed) land, dash, grab, and that wasnt teched by the cpu. Droneless. I tried it and it did the same for me.

So, there you go. Kinda scary, huh?

Looks like you just do an instant foot dive s after footdive s from the loop. Maybe because of how the hitboxes of the other character laying down causes the instant foot dive s to cross up just like how forward +H near a corner can cross up on a standing character. But I dont know for sure, didnt try it out.
