I think they MAY be talking about doing MODOKS jumping S so low to the ground that nothing comes out early on. It’s a technique I use to get instant throws all the time. Very hard to read with the proper setup and most people (besides hulk) aren’t mashing heavies so it grabs people just about instantly. But I could be wrong on that hah. Either way try it out, it’s a tricky thing to do and a beast inside of MODOKS jump cancel game if you get it right. REALLY makes his throw game that much more effective.
