Tbh that actually isnt so situational, if you just use plasma beam assist into super then grab super it would still work wouldent it?
All launchers should be -10 on block, IMO. No reason at all in this game to have a safe launcher when every character has something safe to cancel Heavy into.
I agree Launchers should be something thrown carefully if not only in combos. I played a Wesker recently who threw his launcher out all the time. I tried punishing on block with my c.L (Nemesis’ fastest move) and it lost…I was very salty.
Got my first ultimate hatemail last night!! I was so proud. In vanilla everyday I turned it on I had new hatemail. This guy was ridiculous, he lost 4 in a row to me and wrote me a message saying “your combos are weak! Fuckin noob go back to the tube, random hypers and weak combos, you dropped a x factor combo u fat shit.”. I lol’d and wrote back “u mad bro? U got bodied get over it”.
He wrote back saying “half ass bitch” and something along the lines of not being good. So I told him “hey half ass is more then enough to beat a scrub like you, goto training mode and play with the simple setting, guarantee you’ll do better”

also nova xf3= son goku… F+H comes out so fast for a good overhead u can combo into and centurian rush M and H and really good for mix ups.
