I have a very different subject that Iād like to touch on. After playing MvC3 for 8 months, I realize that sometimes I pick a character that matches my personality, regardless of whether I play him/her or not. Sometimes I pick Vergil when it comes to this, because on top of being a person who really enjoys DMC3 and mains Vergil in UMvC3, Iām *quite *similar to him when it comes to feelings, Iām not someone who thinks that everything is fun, because in fact, I think (almost) everything is just normal. Iām also not someone who talks too much, I think sometimes something is boring, so I think Vergil is a character who matches my personality, among others.
So, Iām wondering if you actually pick a character because of this? Do you pick a character because he/she has feelings/a personality that matches yourself? Iām also studying psychology, so Iām interested in what you guys have to say.
