Nah, I doubt Nova’s alt is supposed to be that one, too many differences in the design such as helmet and armband colours/shape for it to be that. I looked up his classic outfit, which it seems closer to it at a glance, but there’s still a few differences to it that make it not quite the same thing. So I’m not sure if the outfit is from a particular design or Capcom just decided to adjust it somewhat for whatever reason. Looks closest to this one as far as I could find:
I hear Hsien-Ko’s Gongs make Hawkeye cry. I think his only option might be to slide in or spam Gimlets besides switching out.

My UPS guy doesn’t even knock on the door because of my Neighborhood North, North-West Philly. Then he made some BS lie that he knocked.
Anyways just got home with my copy of Ultimate, Bought to hit the lab wit Nova, Strange, & Mag’s.

my thoughts before getting the game:
hsien ko is going to be overused, for her assist only.
nova is the new magneto, overused
iron man is a weird magneto, like a new storm maybe? going to be overused
dante is still top tier
phoenix is still top tier, but now needs more skills.
wesker is still overused
vergil is going to be a meh, not has everyone thought
nemesis have the best command grab in the game, easy 100% mix ups
phoenix is downtier
taskmaster is mid tier still, but the damage is so fucking bad
chun-li is mid or average tier

Just got my copy today, bout to do some Danger Room training with Blaze, Vergil & Strange…
Playing UMvC3 … I like it but this hit stun decay is killing me. IMO capcom should of left it the way it was. The only problem with MvC3 was the DLC glitch, meter building and haggar assist. Think this will make or break the game for some people, that hit stun nerf was** very unnecessary. Think i might return it but X-23 is crazy awesome in this game…will see**

I cam into this game thinking I was only going to use 2 teams… Spider-Man, Iron Man, Deadpool and Dante, Viper, and Zero. But since this game is too godlike, the list of characters I want to use has definitely grown… I’m gonna use all of those characters that I just listed, and now I eventually want to pick up Nova, Iron Fist, Chun Li, Vergil (Might swap out Viper on my 2nd team for Vergil), Strider, and maybe Doctor Strange. Wouldn’t be surprised if that list grows. For me, I never got a chance to play vanilla, so playing with these new controls was really weird. I kind of set it up to where its lilke MvC 2 controls, the first four buttons on the left side are for attacks, next two are for assists, and I have another one for X Factor.
Played my first Ghost Rider. Wasn’t a very fun experience.
