It’s white for the most part, or clear and yes it feels like it’s stuck in my throat.

Typically yellow mucus means that you have an infection. Clear/White mucus means you’re normal I think.
Hey do you have allergies? Excess mucus can be caused by allergies to pollen. Long story short you probably have nothing serious. Take a Musinex D and see how you feel. You should cough up a shit ton of mucus and feel much better within a few days. Still go to the doctor though!
