Ryu’s Hypers hit harder, that’s for sure, but from the normals, Wesker gets more damage, let alone since the glasses buff.
If you get someone to enter Denjin Mode and Tiger Knee the Tatsu Hyper, then Ryu wins.
Tiger Knee Tatsu Hyper? what would be the advantage of that? Unless you mean LMHS -> Tiger Knee Denjin Shinku Tatsumaki? Because that would destroy. Considering Shinku Tatsumaki is like Mighty Tornado on steroids.
Yeah, Chris G used that shit. Donkey kick, activate, tatsu loops, launch, Tiger Knee Tatsu Hyper. Almost 900 damage.
Funny thing is, you get another hyper after the TK’d Shin Tatsu, if you really need someone dead.

The damage boost is part of his game so I don’t see how that’s relevant to hold against it. The glasses are coming off unless I purposely put them back on, whether through taking damage or killing your other characters. It’s not like it costs me much to get rid of them either when any real Wesker combo builds almost a 1.3-1.5 meters anyway.
The game in general does way too much damage. But thats the fun part 
It matters because he will not always have it. That likes me saying Vergil can get 820k meterless oh but he has to be in DT. Exactly.
Vergil can’t build meter in DT, DT is not permanent and activating your DT doesn’t cause damage. Hell I can randomly throw out Phantom Dance from full screen, hope it crosses up and worst case is I land safely back at full screen anyway or let’s even say you called an assist and punished it that made it worth it. Now I’m faster and hit harder and if I touch you I’m building back that meter easily and killing your character. Even taking that out of the equation, with the right THC option glasses on Wesker can hit for 900K (for two bars). Now that’s not much to shake a stick at, I’ll agree…but I just potentially killed your character (that kills almost half the cast btw) and received a PERMANENT XF1 boost. I’m not saying Wesker hits like Hulk, but hey if your puny similarly A to S tiered characters want to work their asses off for damage while I give you the business reciting my ABCs with a few QCBs in the mix that’s cool.

So this approx. 7yo girl while leaving the store decides to get on top of one of the stone pillars (the brown things in front) and start to shake her butt (I refuse to call a little girl’s bottom an ass) for all the guests to see…Wtf is wrong with your children America?
