I dont think you can troll Dan fans, because hes the ultimate “troll” character himself, plus theres not enough Dan fans like Megaman fans 
I say Capcom makes a game where Dan’s just kickass and top tier though, although I was happy with him in SSFIV series (only reason I kept playing that series was to kick top players asses with Dan)
I hope Skullgirls does well, but it sounds overly ambitious and I hope it doesn’t suffer from it. I haven’t kept up with it, but I know it’s streamed quite a bit so clearly it’s not doing too bad people are just getting (understandably) anxious.
But then how long before he says enough is enough and releases the game? (Serious not trolling) Are patches that hard to make and get approved that its better to delay the game than release a complete version and then add new features/mechanics?
Yeah, all-in-all, I’m fine with SG taking this long. I can wait. I’m in a tough spot when it comes to getting new games right now anyway.
No price yet. I’m thinking around $15 or so.
Patches have to get approved and all the crap. I think it’s kind of a hassle.
I think the SG community will end up being small but dedicated, like Guilty Gear. It’s extremely niche (not a bad thing as long as you attract good/eager players). I just hope the community doesn’t get too caught up with fending off trolls; they get bombarded by trolls and idiots (and the occasional person who intelligently disagrees with some game decisions) and end up becoming defensive sometimes.

Stupid stuff. dropped inputs, lag, derp. All of it I KNEW exactly how to counter and fight back. But online wouldn’t let me do it, or they did stuff that was so derp tactic that it beat me because I thought they were smarter than that.
None of them played Dick Rider. it was all “usual” teams. Hell there was even a Hulk/Ryu/Wesker in there. AND I LOST TO DARK WESKER.
The only thing overly ambitious about Skullgirls is that every playable character has two X chromosomes.
