games demo was really underwhelming
yeah im all for mashing buttons and having my QTE’s but if i don’t get nothing in return whats the point of calling it a video game then? REWARD THE PLAYER FFS
I liked the demo. It seemed really dramatic but fun nonetheless. I dont like that its the same all the way through or that Mustachio’s friend beat in a day. Just like I bought Batman AC because Im a huge Batman fan and loved the first one but after playing it for a bit (and finishing the main story), there’s only so much that made me keep going back to it. And that was mostly playing as Batman or sexily beating up foes as Catwoman. The challenges are/were fun but they got boring unless you’re a perfectionist and/or someone who cares about leader boards/.

The biggest problem is that class isn’t even similar to swag.
Dudley is the clasiest person in Fighting Games, and he’s also full of swag.
Change the 4th Mandate to “Keep it classy - Don’t post explicit porn or H”.

I had to give myself a rule to never play MMOs again. I end up breaking the rule every now and then (“Oh, a Shin Megami Tensei MMO! I gotta support this!” or “C’mon, you’ve been waiting your whole life for them to make a DECENT DC Comics game!”) but I usually drop it before it takes over my soul.
I do kinda wanna pick DCUO back up again, though. I loved that it wasn’t so god-awful grindy, and that the combat was actually pretty fun.
Never played an MMO, can’t justify monthly fees.
The fee for online is what convinced me to buck my Xbox for a PS3.

The only MMO I ever took seriously was Maple. I got bored by Lv. 21 and gave my account to a friend. Never looked back since, but GW2 looks pretty sweet. If only my computer had a graphics card worth a shit…
