Nah. It’s just you. Though he is certainly cocky. How about Cammy saying “easy!” every time she lands a throw. Or Viper’s “IDIOT!” or Gouken’s “You cannot stop me.”
Almost all of the “villains” are far worse. Oni, Akuma, Seth, Balrog, Vega, Bison, Adon, Juri, Evil Ryu, those are all far more insulting usually.
Of the good guys I’d put Cody among the most cocky, he is up there though he has his rivals in Ken, Yang, Cammy, Fei, Dan, Rufus and Gen (many people forget Gen is actually a good guy)

Though Sakura leaning forward and saying “Are you serious?” is a close second. Chun-Li’s “Sorry!” taunt pulls 3rd just because it’s classic.
Juri has another taunt that’s just as good.
