I think the chargers will remain mid with some moving slightly higher and the shoto characters will get all the attention or any big boobed woman.

Other than that, f**k the tier list. Anyone can still win.

I don’t even know where Vega is tbh. Some people put him bottom while others put him high, it’s not unanimous in tier spots, but to the extreme.

The S++++ (S#) characters will end up tourney banned though. So you will never see them played…

It is very premature obviously to say anything right now but…

  1. Yun will be best character, cause he is getting HUGE buffs apparently.
  2. Akuma will be still top 5, maybe just around 5th.
  3. Viper with the burn kick nerf falls out of top 10.
  4. Ibuki falls to mid mid tier.
  5. Oni rises to solid mid mid tier.
  6. Ken breaks top 10.
  7. Evil Ryu just outside top 10, he’ll be buffed I feel but they are so scared to overdo it cause his damage so he won’t improve greatly
  8. Fei long falls out of top 10
  9. Chun li rises to mid mid tier or even upper mid tier
  10. Sim rises out of bottom tier.
  11. Rose becomes upper mid tier.
  12. Cammy stays top 5.
  13. Adon falls out of top 5 but stays top 10.
  14. Seth barely top 10, or maybe just outside it.
  15. Rolento top 10.

If Adon stays top 10 I’ll be happy. There are a lot of ways they can end up dropping him like crazy. If all that happens is the 1 hit hk then he’s in a good place.

They already said they weren’t going to nerf top characters into oblivion, because what’s that going to solve if you’re buffing everyone else anyway? You’re just going to end up making new characters weak, defeating the whole point.

I think Balrog will make it to A tier. There will be no more S tier in this version. Cammy, Akuma is now firmly A tier. Hakan B tier.
