I don’t get it, I’d much rather have Rocket Raccoon, Megaman was in MvC1, 2 and TvC. Rocket hasn’t been in anything, and he’s fcking awesome. I can’t wait to play as him, he has my hyped nearly more than Frank!
It doesn’t bother me too much during matches, especially the hype ones. It’s when say we get someone from the industry or something, and people just rape the chat with their bullshit.
Anyone else think Hydroman or Sandman could be cool? They could have some nice Water or Sand effects and no one else on the roster fights using these kinds of attacks.

I like Mega Man to an extent and as such I can understand the disappointment. It just generally sucks to be a Mega Man fan right now. Despite that I really feel like people need to chill out.
As evident by this roster of 12 new characters, at the end of the day it’s Capcom and Marvel’s decision who gets put in the game and who doesn’t. Not the fans. It’s not like they haven’t been listening to fans either. Capcom already commented on the Marvel additions by saying that Marvel gave them permission to use certain characters, denied other characters, and suggested characters themselves.
Fans wanted Gambit, Capcom might have even wanted Gambit, but maybe Marvel wanted Rocket Raccoon? It may seem stupid, but that might have been how it really went down.
Personally? Rocket Raccoon is one of my favorite new additions and I’m stoked to use him, Firebrand, and Frank West on a brand new secondary team I plan on using.
The hitbox from the front is accurate but it’s actually larger than that from behind. It begins striking opponents starting from behind hulk’s head and it ends behind his grounded foot (which is why sometimes people get struck while being behind Hulk).
It deserved hyper armor. Hulk is free to instant overheads, on his wakeup, FLAME CARPET (seriously this is ALL you need to do going up against any of Hulk’s approaches) and attacks like Morrigan’s j.S. All you need to do to take down Hulk in Vanilla is to rush him down where he can’t use his armored attacks or just zone him out effectively. At least Hulk now get through the instant overhead easier… and maybe have an easier time vs Sentinel’s c.M bs.
I hate that attacks like Dante’s s.L will stop forward Gamma Charge clean, and overall how punishable it is when it’s active seeing how terrible it is on block. I was saying in the other thread, I wish he had an aerial gamma charge - and I understand Hulk is a ground based character… but when I see Ryu now, I don’t think my idea of giving Hulk an aerial special sounds like a greedy idea.
Ghost Rider’s normals almost make Dante’s 6H look like crap lol.
