Anyways, did they tweak the OTG properties of UMvC3 or something? Do more things hit OTG now? I heard Dormammu’s Chaotic Flame hits OTG now, even Strider’s Legion. Also, I heard somewhere (maybe a random topic on Gfaqs) that they tweaked teching and stuff? Sorry, kinda out of the loop, just got back from work.

The Capcom side is pretty good only the fucking objection retard anoys me. Marvel on the other side failed hard besides Strange and G.Rider everyone is dull or wtf. I mean wannabe Green Lantern, a Racoon,Marvel Ryu and Hawkeye (even if i like him taskmaster has all the things he could do already) Dont get me wrong still ok but not the chars that i wanted and i wasnt crying for gambit,venom or any other fotm of the 90´s.

I’m thinking Psylocke&______ to be the first character DLC character pack.
Now that Storm can’t call assists while floating, DHC glitch is gone, and possible loops with her being taken out, I’m starting to slightly worry. Her wind move is interesting but can anyone see any good possibilities from this? I know she had it in COTA but I never played that game competitively. Nor do I play BlazBlu as people have mentioned it’s similar to that as well. Is this enough of a “buff” to compensate for what she’s lost? I’m curious to how this move was used in high level COTA play just to get a sense of how it might be applied in this one someway. Her damage is already bad but air x-factor looks like it’d be very good for her.

I speculate that Howard the Duck was replaced with Rocket Racoon because they are a similar idea and Ms. Marvel was replaced by Power Fist. But then again these couldve been some of the most wildest guesses prior to MvC3, but I cant shake some salt on this list and say whoever is missing on this list could pretty much be surprise dlc
I don’t know anything about Nova, Rocket Raccoon, Iron Fist, well, mostly 70% of the MARVEL cast. You learn things about the characters if you have the curiosity to do so, or when you play the game in game you might even like them.
S-kill said it best, he was more excited about character he later liked in MVC3 than what who he wanted them to appear in the game. Also, saying something like “fuck the (insert collective insult) that likes (insert new character)” is completely self-fish and just shows what type of person you are, an ignorant that doesn’t know how to express him/herself without insulting other people’s “opinions or likes”.

Yea we need more viable tanks in this game, give him a projectile with that rocket launcher, but also a pipe like normal. No super armored specials though cause that might be a little BS. 1.2 mill makes sense in terms of health. His lvl 3 will prolly be reminiscent of how he killed you in resident evil 3 with the palm to the face(prolly take out the gorging what with the t rating and all).
Are you certain? But I don’t think thats that big of a deal really since he could just “like that” into chaotic flame from anywhere on the screen anyway.

Adding Phoenix Wright was stupid. He has little to no fighting skills and only fanboys & trolls wanted him in to use OBJECTION as a Hyper Combo. If anything, Von Karma should’ve gotten the spot. It doesn’t ruin the game for me and I still plan on getting it ASAP, but it was stupid.

Late to the party here with this comment, but why is i that whenever someone wants a black or female character (For whatever reason really, whether they like to see that cute face or wanna tear shit up with them), someone says that they should not get in just for that and get in on merit? Are only white/japanese males characters allowed to have merit or something?
I know the reasons for wanting some characters CAN be a bit shallow, but so what? IT doesn’t make the character any less worthy, right? If someone wanted a black person and wanted Panther, that does not be-little his value AT ALL. IT doesn’t change the fact that he’s amazing. He’s a genius, amazing fighter, has innumerable tools, hooked Storm as his woman and is also an African King. Same goes for female characters. They’re design going to be exploitative by default (A LOT of the time anyways), but what’s it matter if a reason I want Jubilee is because she is adorable? She also has sweet powers and mass popularity (Whether good or bad, she is known), which is another reason I like her. Is it really any different than wanting someone because they are a dapper, handsome warlock or a very anime-esque spikey-haired attorney defender of justice? Or is that not called into question because they are more “default” than Black Panther and Jubilee?
That’s all I wanted to throw out there. Not going after anyone specifically, but that always bothered me and it seemed like people are saying I should be perfectly content with an all white male cast.
