I just want three things. Buff Haggar. Buff Chris. And make Chris reference boulder punching. Be it in the move list (boulder Punches instead of combination punch) when he does it ( One, two! Boulder Punch, and another!) and/or in his win quotes or prefight.

Okay, well replace the OTG assist with lets say… capture assist or something along those lines to keep the combo going. Either way, hulk is going to be a beast in ultimate from what it looks like.

The only unrevealed character I’m excited for on the Capcom side is Wright.

I’m sorry, but Vergil and Nemesis are being put with Wesker, Dante, and Trish in the “How Much Leather Can We Possibly Wear” section.
Call me crazy, but I think it’s a chain special, meaning it works like Fei Long’s Rush Punches or She-Hulk’s Emerald Cannon.
I don’t know how it connects into other moves but I just have that feeling (especially since he yelled out “HULK…” but then canceled into Gamma Charge.) And I agree, it has good range without leaving as much lag as standing :h:.

Well, since everyone is over-analyzing Lupinko’s posts for clues to their favorite characters getting in Ultimate despite the leaked list, I have decided to arm myself with 60’s Batman movie logic (http://youtu.be/tUGCQXLq9wk) and enlighten you all by revealing the truth behind the man’s cryptic words.
Let’s start with this tidbit. This makes it obvious that he’s talking about the game and just the game. These new rules he’s talking about could be just about anything, from the unlimited Hyper meter DLC to a ‘turn off Magneto because I hate watching that goddamn loop every game’. However, I want Charge moves to disappear, and notice how he doesn’t mention them? It’s because they’ve disappeared. Huzzah! Progress is being made my friends.
Some people claim this has something to do with the symbiotes. These people are dumb. You can’t consider the Symbiotes as having ‘synergy’ with their host since really they’re consuming them. No, this can only be one of two things. Either we’re talking about the Black Panther, who was a part of the Avengers and is married to a character already in the game, or the lame-ass Falcon, Captain America’s incredibly underwhelming sidekick. Now obviously Falcon can GTFO, and any other person who could be covered by the same argument (Vision, Scarlet Witch, etc.) isn’t quite as badass as Black Panther so fuck that, it’s him. Plus Lupinko uses Black Text Color, which is the final proof that this is a hint at Black Panther.
Now this one has many parts, and can be quite deceiving. Now at first glace, one can tell this is making allusion to a ‘wooden gun’ that will rape the shit out of Magneto. This could be interpreted as a hint for the Fantastic 4, and in fact so could the previous one, but fuck that. They’re lame anyway.

Anyway, this is meant to fool us into thinking it’s about Marvel, which it only half was. The more important part, however, is a hint at a long-overdue Capcom character. Didn’t you guys ever wonder why Megaman isn’t making it in? Well, the answer is simple; there are already going to be two characters from that series in the game.
Two, you may ask? Yes two, for Wood Man shall join the fight alongside Zero. He would be the one with the wooden gun, and would most definitely destroy Magneto, what with being made of wood and having a leaf shield and shit. It’s going to be a 100-0 matchup for Wood Man.
Now you may think that’s broken, but they’ve taken steps to balance him. He gets hard countered by Skrull, Chris, Dormammu, Dante, Amaterasu, Arthur, C. Viper, and Pheonix thanks to his great vulnerability to fire damage.
This time Lupinko’s throwing us for a loop, making us think we’re going to get more female characters. What he’s actually referring to is a change in game mechanics involving a whole lot of pheromones being released from the TV and console that makes playing this game incredibly attractive to the opposite sex, effectively making the fighting game scene a lot less of a sausage-fest. This is also referenced in the part about changing the rules of the game.
This line shows us that the Capcom team is willing to branch off and and involve outside characters (Something new), as shown in this blatant reference to the fact that while Chris Potter didn’t make it, Harry Potter will be in the game, probably to appeal to some of the newly acquired female audience. We can probably expect a DLC Sparkly Twilight Vampire in the near future as well.
Lupinko says there won’t be any more riddles, but this is but an attempt to fool and misguide us (Which brings up Mysterio again.). Even in this statement he gives us a hint. Here he tells us he will continue the incoherent street talk, much like any good rapper might. Herein lies our clue. Lupinko may be many things, but he’s not a rapper. This is a direct reference to Parappa the Rappa, possibly the most surprising addition to date!
This statement also contains one other useful bit of information. In this statement lies the proof that he hides valid hints in his messages. By promising not to give us any more riddles, Lupinko agrees to give us straight talk. Now there is an expression that says “Straight like an arrow”. This is a reference to Hawkeye, who has in fact been confirmed in the game and has been seen as playable in current UMVC3 builds. This proves that everything I have written is true.
That, my friends, is the truth behind these statements. We can only hope tha- OH DEAR GODS HOW DID I MISS IT?! Between all of his words… There are spaces! HOLY TENTACLE RAPE BATMAN! SPACE INVADERS! MOTHERFUCKING SPACE INVADERS! This transcends everything we have ever known and loved. The Space Invaders are coming to Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. This will truly be the best game ever created.
The UMvC3 team needs to take a page from the SFIV team (which took a page from EVERY WESTERN DEV EVER) and put out a changelog. This “joy of finding stuff on your own” stuff that s-kill keeps talking about doesn’t apply in the Internet era. People will find out and post wholesale strats by day 3, let alone move properties.
