My main problem with UMVC3 is the visuals; from the confusing ass X-factor, the vs screen, and victory screen. I’m not a fan of the card looking Selected Character window either. The visuals scare me in a way that it looks as if UMVC3 was designed way too fast, which gives me the assumption of allot of bugs and imbalances due to being rushed. I don’t know. I wish they would return the X-factor and the health bars to the previous vanilla version and have an MVC2 like character windows instead of the cards and the MVC2 like victory screen.
I wanna see this move, makes up for his drop in health. I wonder if his taunt is him puting his glasses back on still?
The only thing Wesker needs to make up for his drop in health is “continuing to be Wesker.” Anything else is just gravy, because Wesker is horrifying.

For people that haven’t see it: the new X-Factor animation makes your character glow “galaxy-like” (Captain Universe?) and dissipates as time runs out - so you don’t have to watch the life bar “clock” as hard anymore. But when both teams are X-Factored, good luck knowing who is who. 
So you have the standard character outline, but your entire body is just blue with stars on it. Fairly cool the first time you see it, and then just disruptive/distracting.
Didnt they nerf his teleport start up and recovery? I remember he had a decent nerf outside of just his health decrease.
From what I’ve read, it’s like Dudley’s Victory Rose in 3S, except with the speed boost on hit. Shades setups in the corner?

I’m not cool with the hulk buffs that i’ve read here. It sounds too scary. Hulk already is a bitch to fight up close, why make him even harder?
who knows, maybe capcom wanted more comic style for the marvel side? also hulks new move could stop shotos too but it’s too early to tell whats what and what effects what
Taunt button just puts the glasses on. So now if you have them on and press taunt, he throws them at the opponent? That’s a bit awkward if true.

Or they could just make it impossible for dark phoenix to access x-factor, I think thats where her real issue lies(against most of the cast anyway), a character whose normals chip you out, shouldn’t have access to something that doubles your base damage. I thought x-factor was the reason sentinel didn’t chip anymore, why then give that to dark phoenix. Plus what was supposed to be her main draw back(the degenerating life) is completely negated in x-factor.
