lol, and I really mean lol, because that was the very first thing I thought of when I read and saw her new projectile. Maybe Hsien-Ko is lucky after all.

And Hawkeye’s theme has a bit of a MvC2 feel to it. His Lv.3 is so trippy. I watched the UMvC3 reveal trailer on an iPhone and the quality was so crappy I though he was firing a fractal arrow or something, like he was shooting himself at the opponent. I was so confused until I realized, “Oh, it’s Ant Man. Nice.”
And I want to see if there’s any dialogue between Ghost Rider and Shulk/Wright. You are guilty! No, you are guilty! I only punish the guilty! (Yes, I know that’s strider). And so on.
Oh, and in Strider’s reveal trailer, it looks like Hsien-Ko not only has Chris’ stun rod as a new item (probably adds more hitstun or something), but she also has a little Silver Samurai statuette. You can see it in the battle intro when all of the stuff falls out of her sleeves.
Have we done any significant speculation about Doctor Strange?
I’ve heard people say that he’ll be keepaway, but he is a pretty accomplished martial artist (having defeat Dormammu in hand-to-hand combat)…
Probably better suited to a keep-away character, true that hes a pretty good martial artist, but not really on par with the rest of the martial artists in the game, but he may have some surprising up close game too.
Might have some status-changers too.
even though ive known about her awesome log since last week, i only thought of that when someone added she got a log to play with and she was a poor underprivaleged kid, and it just came instantly ha ha. love that show.
The consensus seems to be that Strange’ll have strong keepaway backed by some close-range martial arts stuff and flashy reality-altering moves. Lots of them.
I’m not going to claim it, but Strange’s thread name needs to be one of these two:
“You’re a Wizard, Stephen: The Dr. Strange Thread”
“Dr. Strange: or How I Learned to Stop Spamming and Love the Moveset”

Really loving the look of UMvC3 so far, minus the HUD (glad the magic pixel is gone, but those lifebars really need tweaking) and the VS screen (the old one is a bit more dynamic). November needs to come sooner so players can enjoy the game with the updates it so desperately needed!
Out of all the new characters… honestly going to be the most curious about Firebrand in the final build to see just what he can do. Having played Melty Blood a good bit in the past, I cannot help but really like the idea of a character with supreme aerial control… that and he just looks so darn fun to zip around and be a nuisance with, haha! Also really curious to see what they sorted out for Phoenix Wright… If he ends up being pretty solid, I just know there will be people trying to put him and She-Hulk on the same team!
Not really expecting anything new from EVO, but I just want to say thank you for all the people trying out each character for the nitty gritty changes in the current build! I hope all the lower tier characters will get their needed love by the final build. The more characters that can be very viable in tournament settings, the more interesting and far more fun watching high level play and experiencing the game becomes, I find! I doubt all characters will be properly fixed, I just hope for less match-ups that are just painful and depressing to watch, such as Haggar vs Magneto.

I think his second alt is supposed to be the og ironman alt, unless Im mistaken as to which outfit your referring to.
I hope the bazooka is a big part of nemesis’ game. i hope its like a frying pan and u can super jump spam some rockets or something.
I imagined nemesis’ level 1 super being an umbrella helicopter dropping a care package, and nemesis opens the care package and there is a big ass backpack gatling gun that he sprays at you and it will sound like a vacuum cleaner.
I hope Dr. Strange has a tri jump with good tri jump attacks and a good projectile assist
