you can use natsuki or haruka if you want to. the rest is off limits cus they’re either already being used by somebody or i just don’t want you using them. i will probably make a new one for arika, and maybe mai and miyu also. i tried to make one for shizuru but there’s something screwy about her gem animation so i’ve had trouble editing it.

scott and isr ppl pushed ggxx consistantly which is why all us play that now. it might have been a different story it you were more vigilant in promoting ur own game :cybot:

i’m not gonna push my game on you. if you want to play it, you’ll play it. the only reason i ask why nobody plays it is cuz you guys said you were interested and never took it upon yourself to learn how to play. i took it upon myself to learn gg cuz you guys played it. i’ve learned your game. nobody’s learned any of my games. i might suck at gg but i still win matches.

you guys insist on using your own controller, and half the time they’re not even joysticks. gg is the only “serious” crowd who plays on pad. switching controllers and key configs is time consuming

you guys play 2/3 or sometimes even 3/5. i’m not intent on waiting 15 matches before i get to play another game.

yosh: combos first. tactics later. especially with urien. you need to be able to pull off those 100% unblockables the first chance you get. those double tackles in the corner will take you about a month to get consistently assuming you practice. alot of the unblockables are character specific too. you don’t need me to teach you those. theres plenty of videos that have all that. if you need videos, i’ll give you some. tactics i’ll teach you after you can do combos.

i’m just saying that you have to foster the environment around the game first before you can expect anyone to want to play and actually get good. it’s the same thing i told jerry about sc3 back when it first came out. he was like ‘no i don’t want scrubs joining’ and i was like ‘jerry everyone starts out scrub at some point’ and it’s no diff with 3s. when i said ‘push the game’ i mean that you are actively inviting people to play DESPITE however n00b they may be in the hope that they will soon get better. honestly all us sucked at gg (well maybe still suk now, but not as bad) before scott invited us to play constantly. he seemed genuinely interested in spreading the game and now uiuc has one of the bigger GG groups in the US (or so i’ve been told).
i kno u were prolly joking, but when you come into the thread like ‘you guys should play 3s and not suk’ how can you NOT expect us to avoid the game lol. the problem is you’re unwilling to put up with any of us in n00b stage and want us all to be super good THEN play you…which will never happen at this rate xD
sure pads might be a problem, but hey jerry dropped pad in GG and plays stick now, and i was going to drop pad in 3s also (and go shakunetsu hado lol). if we started playing, we’d definitely get better so i’m not sure why you don’t trust any of us in this regard.
oh and just ignore rude and annoying guy; that’s what the rest of us do lol.
So… maybe you fuckers heard, but crazy-ass storms hit STL… like… worst storms ever to hit here. 570,000 people without power (including myself), so it’s super gay.

If you want us to play 3S, set up a day every week or something to play (not GG day). I was playing with a guy named Chris a while back all the time freshman year (before I left for summer), so I did want to play the game.
