Thanks again Bmarq for hosting. I really liked the atmosphere here. The music , the smell of BBQ, the alcohol, the hipsters hanging out at the corner coffee shop and of course the 7 setups for quick casuals.

Thanks to everyone that came out this past Sunday, It was a good time. Congrats to the winners. Due to Dreamlab’s tourney this Sunday there will be no casuals this Sunday. I will post up when we have casuals again. For those of you that are going to Dreamlab today for casuals or Sunday for the tournament I will be there supporting Dreamlab and of course bringing el faggo with me. See you guys there and I will let everyone know when casuals are going to start up again.

About Turbos/Macros:
There is no gamebreaking effect in SF4 caused by Turbos/Macros.
However,
Execution is a skill that players need to practice in various pressure situations.
Minimizing “human error” with a program is illegal.
Shizza is a great player and explained his situation about his execution flaw on the pad.
Beyond the EX Legs, he is still beating a lot of players with great footsies/strats vs all match ups.
Before everyone jumps to conclusions, simply ban turbos/macros from future tourneys and enforce it.
^ I agree. Shizza beats my ass because I suck and he doesn’t. Even the other turbo player that everyone was complaining about came again with a stick and was able to beat people (of course I am included in this statement).
Ironically his pad stopped working that week so he indeed went with a stick. Lol
Word, I agree with this… Cause Shizza or whoever uses turbos and macros ARE still beatable. Only thing players would have to worry about is “Honor” in that people take the time out to get the execution down on moves/strats. So it’s up to the player i would say?

I would love to go to one of these casuals, but i dont have transportation :(. And a taking a bus to this casual from my house there at night would be dangerous. I am only awarding top three points because of the turnout not being big. We will have probably at least one more ranbat before UGTL 5. Whomever is in first place at the time will get their venue fee waived for UGTL 5. We will also have Tingboy taking orders for mods at UGTL 5. If your interested in having your stick modded in anyway, just post up on here I will run it by Tingboy and see what we can do to make it happen. I am also going to be updating the tournament post soon, so check it out. If anyone is interested in helping out for UGTL 5 also post up on here or send me a PM. We can’t pay anyone for their help yet but it will at least get your venue fee waived. So post up and I will see if I can have you do something, or even if you bring a set-up or monitor that will also help us out. No casuals this sunday again due to the AI ranbat but we will resume the following weekend.
