I’m presenting at the UCSB Diversity Fair today (Tuesday) and was looking for some games. SFIV, even CVS2. I’m bringing my stick. I’ll be like Ryu on a quest for battle. Is there anywhere to play on campus? Anyone got some free time to kill? I main Viper and play other characters. Let me know, guys. PM me for my cell. i go to sbcc and im eager to find some sf4 action in this area. my college student budget doesnt cover weekend trips to LA so can anyone fill me in on all the events around here? even casuals im down for
you probably won’t find anything since the sf4 scene here is almost nonexistent in the first place…
hey UCSB students, I got my email for continuing housing next year at San Clemente apartments (grad students, new building, super nice and clean and closest to campus). You DON’T have to be a grad student to be here if you got someone in here already. My roommate might be leaving this year so I might new a new roommate.
The apartments here are either 4bed/2bath or 2bed/1bath. Each student gets there own room. I prefer just 1 roomate so it would be 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a decent kitchen. All utilities included. I believe its like $850 a month, not sure. I just pay with BARC automatically. If any of you want a new roommate, just post your perm # here and when you apply for housing, post mine. It is 7369838. My name is Danny (should pop up). Ill put my current roommate first and I can add one of you for 2nd choice and one for 3rd choice.
I mostly play MvC2, but do play a little SF4. I got a DC and a 360 with 1 stick for each and a tube TV.
Other things about me… I am a sociology major, I should graduate by winter of this year. I am a clean roommate, do my dishes, laundry and keep my stuff clean. I do NOT party or drink. Thats the only bad thing about my current roommate, he is cool but partys too much and has friends over. I am the opposite, I don’t like to drink or go out to state st to clubs. I am on the UCSB bowling team. Don’t get me wrong, I like to have fun, but not drinking. I’ll go bowling, movies, kick it on State st and walk there or just kick it at home and have a video game night. I don’t mind having a party roommate if you just keep it out of the apartment.
So ya… if anyone is interested, I got a week left to submit my application. They gave me priority because of the building and my grades.

i had no idea this thread existed. i’m a 4th year at UCSb, graduating at the end of the spring quarter. i play sf4, have a ps3, and 1 hrap 3 SA. i live in the meadows apartments (on the 6700 block of abrego. let me know the next time you guys have a session.

yea, i lived in I.V. for awhile. then moved when i was 13 to my current location.

I am down this friday. Also, do you have a ps3 controller? I know that you only got a hrapsa but I dont mind playing on a ctrler.
