I think they will be charging at the door to get in…so it wouldn’t be worth it. Postpone it a week and someone other than Marty plan it, I’ll give that person a sufficient amount of tokens to make it worth their while.
Bitches…this is my work week: 24 hours at the MUGA, 24 hours at Sutter General ICU, 8 hours at Hospice (helping dying or in some cases dead patients), 12 hours a week of classes, and then a shitload of homework. I’ll respond when I get a chance.

Matt could probably step up and manage the tournament, but you would still have to show whoever’s working on the 13th how to set the machines to win streak 1 (it would take way too damn long without it)… or give Matt a key and show him how.

Hey, it was a mismanage on my part and its my fault, and I take responsibility. But let’s not panic like little girls and start pointing fingers. I think you guys posted info on fairfield and sac threads. Any others you guys posted on? Tell me soon. Ill go to those threads and alert everyone that there wont be a tournament on Friday.
You guys can talk shit all you want about me, and I could really care less. But my main objective is to run tournaments for you guys so I can make money for the MUGA. And don’t think that becasue of this one fuck up of mine (though I don’t think its that big) that I will stop hosting these events. Ive already called the front desk and am informed that there are no reservations for Friday the 13th. So for those of you guys who are still butt hurt about this, deal with it. Either get your anger out of your system or help me out to ensure something like this doesnt happen again. I can always use the extra help.

I’ll take down my tourney thread or rewrite the dates. And all I need is the key to get the machine setup for tournament play. Access to a computer for bracket setup would be my biggest challenge.

I think the 13th works fine, and you should still run the damn thing, but if we can get people to help by offering some tokens, then that should make your job easier.
Also I think I will add some tokens to the winners pot.
And the MUGA generally loses money during the tourney’s, but I think its good for the “community”.

I was raging a bit tonight over my lack of execution in CvS2 and in IV (OMG, Paolo plays IV at the MUGA once in a blue moon!). Then I beat God Rugal with my usual team and felt so much better.

Ahhhh dont have the tourney on the 13th! Moylans brewery is having a tasting at the davis graduate, and i’ve attended (and officially rated) most of the brewery tastings there. I can’t do both the tourney and the brewery tasting that day

I’ll bring a TV. Both of my sticks are currently waiting for parts so they can be repaired though. If anything we could always have a console tourney.
