After somehow miraculously beating Korea at a tournament when I’ve lost to him at the MU like 10000 times, I actually had confidence playing Matt in loser’s finals. That went away quick, I can’t seem to ever get in on Senor E.Hyundai. Awesome grand finals though Tanaka and Matt, playing 8 games straight with that kind of intensity, I think it was a great example of many aspects of the Honda-Bison matchup (even though it’s just a weekly I think someone should bring a camera to record at least the grand finals. There’s so much garbage on youtube, I don’t see how it’s harmful to balance out all that crap with actually decent tournament matches).

So I spoke with Walter today about getting a second room booked besides the one that Cameron already booked at Evo since it’s seems like a consensus that we’ll need 2 rooms for everyone at the very least. He said he’s down, so it should work out.

Is there anyone interested in flying to Vegas instead of driving? If so it would be cool if we took the same flight I think (flying alone would be kinda lame), Matt already mentioned to me he’s interested in flying there as well. Morgan said there are roundtrips for like $120? Confirmed?

I’m definitely down to fly now that I’ve thought about it and talked to korea about it. I want to be as fresh as possible for the tournament meaning as much rest and relaxation while practicing. Tell me when you order your flights drew and I’ll buy mine.

Guys keep in mind that the rolling rate for round trip to vegas out of SFO has been about 100 bucks since last december when I last went. By rolling I mean if you want to buy a ticket for a flight leaving within the month. If you want to buy a ticket for july right now it’s 138 on travelocity, but if you want to buy the same ticket for two weeks from now it’s 100 bucks.

Bottom line I would suggest waiting until late june to buy your tickets.

I also plan to fly to Vegas after much thought. evo is going to be my vacation so I might as well enjoy it the best I can, even if I have to shell out a bit more.
