Thank you to all who showed up last night. The tourney was a huge success and my bosses will be very happy to hear that it went well. And a special thanks to Matt, Kevin and Jack for helping me out. Coulndt have done it without you.
And I hear you guys will be going to Concord for a tourney tonight at Fudruckers. Dang, I have work tonight. I literally live live less than 5 minutes away from there. Concord is my hometown. Fudruckers is located at the Willow Pass Shopping Center. Havent been there in ages. Good luck to everybody.

The tourney thread says its next weekend, march 22nd. Who all in all would be down to go? I’m pretty sure finals will be over by then and free up alot of people.

I don’t think I’ll make it to the Concord tourney, although it would be nice to see the matches. Gotta go home and rest from finals. My stepdad also said he built me the arcade stick case yesterday, so I really want to go and get the project finished.

I got called in to work for tomorrow like an hour ago, apparently one of the experiments has a rare mite infestation that warrants quarantine and scrapping the experiment-The professor is gonna be mighty pissed to see his data confiscated by USDA.
The concord tournament I’m definitely down for that. I guess we’ll figure out logistics when we know who all in all are going?

And I also would like to go to the Oakland tourney. But I got a review session at that time (On a Sunday…). Finals certainly do suck :sad:
Well, I doubt I could go to the Concord tourney. I’ll probably be slaving away at something at home over the break (worst case scenario is two-fold: one, I get AP’d; two, I get stuck helping my parents file clients’ taxes) and, if luck is on my side, meet up with a friend of mine from high school that I liked (we settled the matter peacefully and we’re still good friends, mind you all).
I’d consider getting a ride to check out the tourney later today, but noting that:
- It’s a Sunday, so I’m probably going to wake up at around 2pm, and
- I have a Stats midterm/final (it’s only covering the last couple of chapters)
I won’t be able to make that either. Not like I’d participate (I dunno which is worse for me as a “gimmick”: the guy who’s low-tier at practically every FG at the MUGA or the guy who can’t stop thinking about food).
And Jack, what if Zangief faced a shark? Can’t break a shark’s arms now, can’t you?
