I might as well make this very clear right now… if your not here during the registration times… you will not be registered so don’t be late… If you know your going to be late then you might be outta luck… rearraging people in the tournament bracket is really annoying.
So there weren’t really any inconveniences. Huh.
What was the point of “pre-registering”/signing up then?
size of room and equipment are usually big ones. also the timing as well on which tournaments are going to go at which time… we don’t want to have like 20 people for a few hours then 60 people for the next then back down to 20… like i put simultaneous tournaments to maximize the space and timing ect.
Also, anyone that can bring equipment please let me know, it will be of great help towards helping me setup… Thanks

likely, if we were short that day and your setup was of significant help then you’ll most likely be subject to a venue break… but i mean if everyone decides to bring something then well i can’t give discounts to like everyone if u know what i mean.
so is the new location at CHBE on Nov 7th? The first page entry could use an update if it is.
