yep you got it, you can even swap between characters as long as within the same team vs team there is only 1 player using 1 character.
Example: A B C vs D E F
A(Sagat)
B(Ryu)
C(Ken)
if team ABC won, the next team they fight they can have A use Ryu as long as B doesn’t stay with Ryu. (ex. A(Ryu) B(Ken) C(Sagat)) thats perfectly fine as long as the same character isn’t used twice. You just need to say that this is the character you will be using at the beginning of each team v team
