It’s been a great quarter in many ways for me. 10 weeks ago, I was a total n00b scrub at XX…but after 300 bucks worth of tokens, I have become a Super Slayer! Mwahaha. And it’s been two whole years since I’ve had straight Bs…I owe my magic ability to write term papers 3 hours before they’re due to you guys.

I did pretty bad myself, I missed like 3490343 crossups against Doug. Oh well, he’s really good so I have no shame in losing to him.
Who wants to teach me shoshosho this summer? Having Randy laugh at me is the last straw, he’s usually a nice and quiet guy. In the Fall, you will get hit by at least 3 reps of the shoshosho…THE EMPIRE DOES NOT FAIL!!

and kugler and LB and any slayer players – gimme tips on using him. he doesnt suit my style of play but itz better 2 play a different style in casual play cuz the learning experience is fun than compared 2 playing a turtling char in casual.
It’s the CC that Sakura does when she uppercuts like mad, and when the opponent is blocking it, she says “shoshosho.” I’m telling you this like you don’t already know, baaah. :o

Jacob how in the world can you have trouble doing Shoshosho if you can do the bite infinite?

And stop complaining about crossups. You’re lucky to have a character that can do a myraid of crossups, as opposed to May’s one. (Airdashing or jumping over your opponent and then doing an air attack doesn’t count as it’s not only obvious but everyone can do it.)
As is, I should be around pretty much all summer. Dunno when my free time will be, but I’d be happy to play lotsa Guilty Gear and Third Strike. Maybe even some CvS2, but I’m not so great.

although i do realize that it’s just me who sucks at it, in my opinion sakura’s cc is harder to do than slayer’s bite infinite… i mean slayer’s infinite is actually smooth… hcb, ff, hcb, ff, … whereas with sak you gotta do dp, qcf, qcf, qcf… the repeating qcf’s mean you need to turn from f to b between each one so theres a higher chance of messing it up, comparing to slayer’s…
Bite and shoshosho are the most damaging thing you can do in the respective games. Since there is no cr. fierce in GGXX so I have to get the bite down to stand a chance, no shoshosho required for CVS2.
