Good games to all that I played, tough breaks for Ryan and Shooma. But I am the true champ, so my “skills” shall not be denied. I swear, we need to keep statistics on how many times a button is pressed in a match. In my Yamazaki vs. Shooma’s Blanka match, I must have pressed S.Roundhouse 3972163921 times to Shooma’s 3972163920 S.Strong. And in MvSF, I must press fierce 99.999999999999999% of the time I press a button. Honestly, these stats need to come to life somehow. Y’all can’t hang w/ my “skill”.

With the dwindling turnouts at these tournys, I say cancel all weeklies and just have big ones on saturday with a $5 entry fee and a split of the pot. Most likely more people would show up and better comp. IMO. Make sure that the area is not going to be reserved.
Because I do not think its fair for people from sac to come out here and play against like 4 other people. what a waste of time.

I agree with Tim (mostly so I can play and the last time i will ever agree with a korean). But i do think that increasing the entry fee, with a payout percentage rather than winner take all, will bring in more people.
Maybe change it to biweeklies too?
Ill be down in the games area until about 3 if anyone wants to talk it over. Personally I say we have it on a weekend afternoon, let it run for the 3 hours and then go out and get drunk, or chill with some lady friends. I mean most people who have dates go out till like 8 or 9 anyways.

just one issue: an entry fee of $1 will be more encouraging to random scrubs which I am now (or read: new players to start joining tournaments regularly and thus practising more and thus getting into the scene) to play as they most likely can’t win – otherwise it just seems like losing $5 for 2 games. (or 1 if no losers bracket)
