Also I’m looking to spend the TW’s budget towrds a laptop, and camera so that we can continue to record matches and commentary and upload them. I know a lot of ppl were giving info before about direct feeds and all that stuff. What specs would I need to be able to just do it how Jeff did it? We can start with that and try to work our way up from there.
^yeah…I think that’s the best option…as cool as streaming and hard capturing is it’s soo much to learn and extremely expensive…
I wouldn’t say it’s too much to learn, but yes - it is expensive - but you get what you pay for, like all things in life. Sites like iplaywinner get tons of views every time they do a stream, so that tells you something.

Remember that I’m setting this up so you play once a month, BUT you are playing three games that night. Granted if you are playing with/against minors you’ll be playing in the later part of the night, I’ll do my best to set this up so ppl don’t have to be there from 7pm-close…unless they want to be.
ALSO I’m putting down that matches are going to take 30 min…I’m pretty positive that they aren’t going to take this long. SO PLEASE SHOW UP AT LEAST AN HOUR EARLY BEFORE YOUR FIRST MATCH, UNLESS YOU ARE FIRST UP…THEN BE THERE AT 7.

As it looks, every week will be a seperate devisions night to play. Should be fun either way! Looks like I get plenty of time to play until my first TW matches :o
I plan on bringing a CASUAL set-up for at least the minors…Frank willing…As much as I love coming to twars every week I got to look forward to casuals…if that isn’t there I can’t justify coming everyweek considering I can’t drink so there would be no point…I hate doing nothing and considering I have alot of time to prepare for my first 3 matches I PLAN on being ready for them…
Also Frank for those who have 2nd/4th week matches…sooo we basically have to decide out characters right there and then…we don’t get the grace period then? according to the S2 rules that’s what they seem to say…if so best believe I won’t even try another character…there would be no point…adon and juri were lookin right up my alley too…
Yea, I think it’s necessary that we have at least 1 setup for casuals. After all, I think that half the attraction of TW’s is that everybody can play everybody in a friendly atmosphere.
i definitely think the minors should bring a setup. ive seen them in the restaurant bored chillen waiting to play while everybody over 21 is in the bar and im leaving at 11-11:30.
i know frank wants everyone to watch the tourney matches but i think running casuals in the bar during tw is important. then casuals after all the matches are over until its time to dip. i wouldnt come every week just to watch and im not the only one…but i work there and seeing you fuckers every once in a while is pretty coo lol
I’ve thought of this too, the only thing that I would probably press is that if you play that week, you can’t play in casuals. Until I see how long each match will take (HOPEFULLY not as long as 30 min.) I’m hoping they finish earlier than expected…
BTW team names, lay them on me. I gotta remember 40 team names so the sooner the better.
