Overtime almost never happens anymore, so I can definitely commit Saturdays to this. My only problem is I haven’t owned a car since 1998 (that’s right, I’m old school, having played World Warrior when I was in highschool) and would ideally like to team up with someone from around the Overlake/Redmond area so I could get a ride home. $$$ can be provided.
Otherwise, characters would be Gouken/Cody or Dudley. Unless Seth gets fixed (execution and healthwise).

Sadly, you can’t have that many tools without having a ton of over-lapping commands. He’s going to be the same from what I can tell.

I think a big problem is everyone does ultra motions too fast. From Ryu’s doing EX shoryu to Seth’s getting teleport… Slow that shit down. How often do you see me random EX snake strikes instead of ultra? Think about hitting each direction in the motion. BE ONE WITH YOUR ARCADE STICK, FRIENDS.
^this. maybe it was because I started out with viper but I had a hell of a time getting sagat’s TU > FADC > f. RH > ultra until I figured out I was doing it waaaaaaaaay to fast. i still can’t hit it in a match cause I go all hyper retarded as soon as someone is siting next to me but that combo in particular is so slow it feels awkward.
If only this was true…but it’s not! We’re not in the ST days anymore and Capcom has some weird-ass shortcuts for motions in this game. Try hitting down-towards twice (no motions, just tap the diagonal twice) then punch and marvel at your perfectly executed dragon punch. This is why wrong moves come out and a character with 6 special moves using basically the same command is hard to execute consistently with.

I need a teammate. If i were to put myself under jareds rankings i’d be a rank 4; i go out several times a week for hours at a time now for IV alone, and i’ve leveled up a LOT. if anyone cares i’ll get vids next time i run shit if anyone really wants to know, but yeah, i am gonna be back in seattle for the summer and i’m hungry.
i’m honestly not sure who i would run come super because i main chun now, mained makoto in 3s, but i really, really like juri from what i’ve seen of her. for now i will say Chun/Makoto…because I know i can at least pick up both of them without having to start learning the character from scratch.
my last exam here is april 13th, i would get back in seattle that day or within a couple days.
