jt.MP Active 5F (up from 3)

s.HK buffed and nerfed.

Buffed by giving 3+ Frames on CH
Meaning s.HK xx LK Duck, s.HK link works
+7 on CH canceled from EX Duck

Nerfed by giving hit shit tons of knockback on hit
Kokujin Link s.HK s.HK no longer possible

Focus Attack Lv 1 -2 on Block/Hit

c.MK
8F Start up (?) on Block

Hidden Buffs/Nerfs
f.HP
on CH knocks back opponent in a way where Dudley cant combo even if +10 outside of

Ultra 1)

Jet Upper
HP Jet Upper 3F Start up
LP and MP 5F Start Up

Victory Rose
Resets Current hitstun/blockstun to +14-16

Thunderbolt
Hard Knockdown, will always knockdown even from single hit.
No Longer Unsafe on hit

Swing Blow
MK and HK are both +4 on hit with FADC
Still -4 and -5 on block
Possible buff is the knockback on block. sometimes pushes Dudley to safe distance

depending on spacing

Rolling Thunder
Hits Airborne opponents after 1st hit.
Non Cutscene hits sped up so no longer uncombos depending on range.

besides the unlisted buff noone figured out yet I’ll post the complete list of changes in the video along with how they effect levels 1 and 2
(example practical Rose Set ups in Oki, and Ultra 1 being included in the ultra 2 / super video ect ect)
