I’m sorry about the lack of response. My advice to you is to just send another e-mail to customer service - our webstore manager is currently very busy with this recent drop. He’s working all day but he’ll eventually get through the workload and reply to you. Sorry about the inconvenience.

We usually ship the day of or the day after. We do send tracking numbers, just the one instance with the pre-order - some of our crew shipped it and they didn’t know how to automatically configure tracking numbers into the orders. All current orders should have a tracking number.

just got 3 of 4 of my shirts, thinking back to when i ordered i should have got the 2X instead of the XL but then again its motivation to lose some weight… haha… the XL isnt tight but it isnt really lose either… but def. great quality shirts in the end!!
