Whilst the post was sarcastic, it’s feedback for the company. Sure, they might want to have a large margin on selling things to customers outside of the USA. They might be happy running a boutique line that sells limited numbers to a small sub-set of people. On the other hand they might want to actually sell more than 37 items a year. This thread would itself suggest that the guys at Triumvir want to turn a profit.
If the guys aren’t bothered about moving stuff to people like me, then fair enough. Same goes if I’ve missed a key point

Everything is sent via USPS Priority International, so for even a one lb package (one t-shirt is .4lb, but USPS rounds up) its easily 20+ dollars international. Its sent via Priority due to its relatively quick shipping time and security compared to First-Class. Most international customers tend to pick up more than a t-shirt or two (the outerwear actually sells better) so we offer a flat rate of 30 dollars, no matter the weight.
There’s also several stores throughout Europe that carry us if you feel that the shipping cost is too much from our store.

Possibly on the hats, I’m not too sure. They fit similarly to New Eras, I’d recommend just going true-to-size.
There’s measurements of the DS M-65 on the webstore. I would recommend a medium for a fit similar to the one you see on the video.
