Unless something changed earlier, they (Triumvir) have said that reprints and restocks won’t happen after they had done the second printing.
You obviously either don’t know too much about fashion, haven’t been to a mall lately, and/or pay actual reasonable amounts of money for clothing unlike us fashion/clothing/denim-heads. 
For the limited amount that is available, these are pretty legit prices actually.

Triumvir was a brand before the Capcom collaboration, and the shirts retailed at the 30-32 range. Capcom also took a cut which caused a small price up-hike.
Hats - same thing, originally retailed for $42. They were also handmade in the USA and limited to 144 pieces of each color.
Ultimately it’s a very small company, Triumvir doesn’t own any factories in China or have the funds to pump clothing out for everyone including K-mart. The clothing is more for enthusiasts and collectors.
Like Shiken said, there were two releases already and there are no future plans for re-releasing the older collection. However a brand new collection is being worked on which will drop in December, after the Triumvir A/W drops.

Prices are reasonable… and anyone and everyone has been buying them… so you don’t have too. If you compare the Quality of the Triumvir Shirts Vs the Shirts that are sold at the Capcom booth a various events such as Comic con, Triumvir quality wins hands down.
And if you really don’t like those prices then your gonna love the new collection coming up. I try to read the blog as soon as they are updated, so like everyone else, I am very excited. My wallet is filling up like a bear getting ready for winter… until its time to stick the finger in the mouth for a bulimic wallet treatment…

from an outsider’s view, triumvir seemed to got a lot of backlash from the dust loop community for their clothes not being good enough for them. -_-;;
I would love to get my hands on some SF shirts and what not, however when they were in stock, apparently Triumvir’s email doesn’t work or they just didn’t want to respond to me asking about sizing. Also tried calling then to no avail.
