Still no update… I would cancel my order and place another order, but I don’t see any way to cancel orders without having David do it also.
yoo i ordered my hat on like sat, but i havent received a tracking number on it. do i have to wait a few days to get it?

As per instructions given on this thread, I sent an email to David on August 28th, regarding combination of shipping charges for an order that I made on that date and an order I had previously made on the 27th, but received no reply. The status on my orders never changed throughout the weekend up until today, when I went to recheck it. Apparently my first order from the 27th has already been status changed to “Shipped” but the order made on the 28th still appears as “New”. Does this mean that they were unable to combine my orders??
I was one of those people who went back and ordered the Shadaloo shirt after it had been re-stocked. The second order was for that particular item.
I know it’s 2009 but did you ever try actually calling? I called David yesterday to get my two shipping issues sorted out and he said he would do it and if one was already sent out he would refund me the proper amount.
Yeah try calling. They seem quite busy. Waiting for email response is probably slowest. They ship their stuff out fast.

I stopped by the warehouse yesterday and David is simply swamped. I saw a wall of UPS boxes that was about as tall as me. He’s a one-man army roasting in 100+ degree non-AC’d warehouse (rest of the crew is at Magic). Once the sale madness ends in a few days I’m sure he’ll get back to you. Most of the orders are already shipped, just the webstore hasn’t been updated yet.
Not a Gallia/Falkirk (those went ridiculously fast…) but here’s a preview of an upcoming made-in-USA button-up for F/W 09, it might come in different colors.
Heh, feel free to discuss things here, I believe the designers have picked up a few suggestions here for inspiration since they actively monitor it.
Damn, a black “Fuck Love” tee in large was missing from my package. 
Contacted customer service, so I’ll be waiting patiently.

Edit: Just called the store, they’re still in stock, David at the store said they’re updating inventory count (hence the restock, I presume). Feeling a little better, but I will feel incomplete until I get my hands on one of those shirts. And a hat in 7 1/2? ahempipedreamsahem

^Yeah, inventory is being re-assessed. Like I said, David is pretty busy running the entire stock by himself so it’ll take some time, especially after this massive online sale (Triumvir hasn’t had a sale for a while until now.)
