okay, i think i’ve been patient enough. i understand triumvir is a small company, and i appreciate the work and quality of the products, but yall are a business and the customer service experience has been somewhat abysmal.
i am STILL waiting to hear some kind of confirmation about a refund i have YET to receive for a shirt not included in an order i placed on May 15, 2009.
josh, i appreciate the prompt communication between you and i, but what is up with whomever is handling the refunds? the only confirmation i received was a “your order has been refunded, wait 7-10 days” back on May 27, 2009, but it is now July and i still don’t see it. i’ve emailed customerservice & david multiple times about this, sheeit I even IMed david on aim @triumvirdk about the order, (even provided all the order information) and all I got was “Hi.”
i’ve been really patient. stayed out of making a public post because josh has been great with communication, but unforunately he doesn’t handle the refunds. it’s been nearly a month and a half, and after multiple emails to customerservice & david kwon, i still don’t have a refund, or even an email about the status of it or whats going to happen.
Great though zqmfgb, and I really like the caked out stuff too, might have to pick up some pieces :D, you guys should do a Tekken collab, mainly because I’d probably rob a bank and buy it all up, hahaha.
I just got my order in the mail this afternoon. Tracking said it was suppose to be tomorrow, but it came early. Shirt is nice and packaged nicely. Good Stuff!
i sent 6 IMs to you basically saying the situation, and even included the order info before you responded “hi.” didn’t know i was supposed to respond to that? i have the aim log, but maybe the messages i sent you didnt get through to you.

Hey guys. I went to the the Azuki store in SJ and saw that Shadaloo pants. They look hella sick but unfortunatly don’t fit me. So sad. It’s a size 36 and they are going for $77. Someone needs to get these forreal.
On the bright side, I ended up getting the Triumvir Death Squad Cargo shorts while the Mrs got the “Fuck the Rest” hoodie. Stuff is sick.
Earlier in this thread the question if Paypal is accepted was answered with “We accept credit card and Paypal”…However right now I see only “Online Credit Card” and “Pay Online Credit Card”??
