IGN provides the first TF commercial, most of it is the trailer stuff re-edited, but
we see Frenzy transforming and I believe Ironhide for a split second in the city.
Starscream in robot mode chasing spike also.
also the voice over at the end is by none other than Victor Caroli aka the G1 Narrator.
woot!

3 words: STARSCREAM TRANSFORMS FULLY
fuckin awesome
Sounds like a go to me! Gerwalk mode FTW.
EDIT: Found R and R tonight! Got an extra Ravage for a friend. Walmart got an INSANE amount. At least 12 Ravs and 12 Rumbles.

BotCon 07 set: DREADWIND, THRUST, DIRGE, THUNDERCRACKER, BUGBITE.
I got 4/5 right, lol. I bet the GD walk-in toys are Darkwing and Sunstorm. @_@
I just ānowā discovered of the existence of Roadbots. Why havenāt I heard of these before?! They seem pretty nifty. Do any of you have them?
They have some nice vehicles/figures. For me, they are too big. If they were a little smaller, maybe, but Iām working with limited storage space as it is. I barely managed to fit the last 2 Alternators onto my desk this morning.
I find it neat that they managed to do SUVs and and a Hummer as well.
Starscream flying under the bridge and transforming upon it looks pretty cool idd
Iām torn between Revoltech Megs and MP Megs. Revoltech Megs is MUCH cheaper, much more posable, and smaller (thatās a plus in my book - I can display him on my desk at work). However, he doesnāt transform. I kind of want to collect all the MPās, and I just think the transformations are damn cool.
Maybe Iāll just get both?
Iām in the same dilemma, but Iām leanin more towards MP Megs
Revoltech Megs only wins on cartoon accuracy because it canāt transform due to itās size. Theyāre both still dope in every way. I say get both. Thatās what Iām doing. =/
plus Revoltech Megs has Aegis Reflector
Az, thereās just NO comparison. They both look awesome, but I know things cost you a little bit more than the do normally.
ā¦and yes, Revoltech Megs has Aegis Reflector. Thatās win if Iāve ever seen it. :lovin:
Get both or regret it years later.
In other news, the Botcon Exclusives piss me off. They are doing Classics Thundercracker. WHY? Gotta pay out of the ass for one now if I want a complete Seeker Classics Collection. Dirge and Thrust, I never cared about. But Botcon-exclusive T-Cracker? FUCK.
I dontā mind, but thatās just because I was gonna be there anyway. So I get my Thunderhonky regardless.
Youāre going? Perhaps we should makeā¦a dealā¦how much are those sets gonna be?
I just want a Revoltech Prime and Megatron so they can battle it out on my work desk. Itās a better alternative than having to bring my G1ās or my Masterpieces (when I get MP Megatron).
Hasbroās doing a repait of a repaint and calling it an exclusive? That doesnāt much different than anything else they do with any license. Iām actuallu glad Iāve never attended any of the Botconās - it would mean having to hang out with a bunch of fat, sweaty TF nerds (Iām neither fat nor smelly but I am a TF nerd) and not really having the money to buy any of the overpriced toys they sell there anyways.
I just want a frickkinā Thundercracker. I think Iām just going to end up having someone repaint a skywarp for me the way I want it to be done. Itās going to get stupid on eBay, real fast.
I never cared about Botcon, but now they are getting something I, no a LOT OF PEOPLE really want. Hasbro could have made a mint if they did the last classic as TC.
Aww, you donāt wanna meet me? ; ;
But srsly, I do sometimes wonder if those people bathe. Some are nice, and some are just fucking batshit.
starts praying for a Black Zarak to show up at the Con for him to buy
Heh, Botcon, like any convention, doesnāt require you to hang out with any particular type of people. The group of people I hang with is about as varied as it gets, and we spend a lot of time doing non-convention things as well. There will be social misfits there, naturally, and there will also be a lot of nromal people. Maybe itās the way I do conventions, but Iāve had surprisingly limited experience with the total misfits the last two years.
Anyway, FighterX, I think thereās pretty much no way I can do any type of ādealā for the toys. I mean, rather than go through me, if you wanted them, you could do a non-attendee registration, as it would cost the same (and Iād have to somehow sign you up anyway): $329 for non-members, $279 for members with $40 to join the club if youāre not a member (so $319 total).
